For the last five years, I’ve been the Creative Director at Backstage, leading a small but mighty team to elevate our marketing creative and shape a brand that genuinely resonates with our audience. From large-scale campaigns to quick-turn experiments, I’ve helped build a thoughtful, emotionally grounded brand across multiple platforms. When I’m not working, I’m probably writing songs, painting, cuddling with my pup Clara, or sending someone I love a rambling audio message.
About
Backstage began in 1960 as a trade magazine helping New York actors find the best casting calls in the city. I wonder if the founders could have imagined that, 65 years later, it would’ve evolved into a global platform connecting a diverse community of performers and creators — from actors and voiceover artists to models, filmmakers, UGC creators, and brands.
For the past five years, I’ve been the Creative Director at Backstage, helping guide the brand through rapid growth, acquisitions, and a rebrand. It’s been an exciting ride — one shaped by curiosity, craft, and a whole lot of collaboration.
